All you need to do to get a refund is to find something you like on Recommend and use our link to reach the webshop of the chosen store. After you make your purchase, the delivery costs will be refunded to your Recommend account, from which you can then transfer them to your PayPal.If you decide that you'll buy something else, and not the product you originally found on Recommend, you'll still get the refund. The important thing is that you landed on a shop from Recommend.

The refund amount depends on the delivery costs, which depend on the merchant. Generally speaking, it's the average delivery cost for the regular-sized packages. Also, in order to get a refund, the most important thing is to check that you are redirected from Recommend before making a purchase. Don’t delay the purchase; complete it as quickly as possible. Ideally, make your purchase within 30 minutes of being redirected to the store. If you want to complete the purchase and the redirection happened more than 30 minutes ago, we recommend going back to Recommend and redirecting again to the desired webshop. The refund will be visible in your Recommend wallet within 48 hours of the purchase. The minimum withdrawal amount is €25 (or zł100 in Poland).
