Summary
After gaining access to your Recommend business account through the left sidebar, you'll have access to a variety of functions that can help you optimize your account. The 'Basic' section includes features such as settings, my products, payment plans, billing, and integration. The 'Analytics' section provides tools for tracking your statistics, link analytics, and conversion analytics. Finally, the 'Marketing' section includes a feature for creating trends. These powerful tools will help you take full advantage of Recommend's platform and drive success for your business.Navigating Recommend's Basic Section
Under Basic section you will find the different options and features available.
Under Settings option you will be able to add, edit or change your basic company information including:
- Your Recommend brand name
- Short description of your company
- Website domain
- Category of your company (eCommerce, Travel, Saas, etc.)
Under My products tab you will be able to add, change, delete your offerings on Recommend platform. If you have direct integration or Feed listing on Recommend, you might have limited functions from your admin panel. You can always contact support for any questions you might have.
Under Payment Plans section you can find Recommend subscription plans that works the best for your business. You can select from Starter plan, Flex plan, Growth plan, Scale plan.
With Billing plan you can track your current plans status, wallet ballance and end of the month amount for the conversions generated through Recommend on your website. Also you can find you company info and history of transactions.

Navigating Recommend's Analytics Section
Under anaytics section you can find three main pages:
- Statistics
- Link Analytics
- Conversion Analytics
Statistics page allows you to have the general overview of your brand performance. There you can find number of redirects, number of pruchases, how many products have been saved, your product page views, countries where the traffic is coming from and also device types, potential sites the traffic is coming from and type of the browsers. You can switch your view from 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 1 year timespan.
Link analytics page allows you to understand your traffic to the microlevels - you can check what was the date, type, code, product link, average enagagment and bounce rate for each specific redirect.
Conversion analytics allows you to track all conversions that have orginated from Recommend. There you can find the detailed overview of each transcation that occured. You can also find your order number number and total cart size for each transcation. You can accept or decline each conversion within 14 day span.
Navigating Recommend's Marketing Section
In the 'Marketing' section of your Recommend business account, you have access to a powerful tool called 'Recommend Trends'. This feature allows you to add shoppable videos and images to your account, which can be a powerful way to attract more customers to your website and encourage them to make purchases.
