Indoor sports are perfect for summer. Here are our 5 favorites
Although we love spending time outdoors and engaging in outdoor sports, sometimes it's simply too hot to even stay outside. That's why we gladly turn to fun indoor sports that provide us with much-needed recreation, regardless of the outside temperatures.
Here are our 5 favorites:
1. Badminton: badminton requires speed and agility, and it's a lot of fun. Moreover, it can be played individually or in pairs.
2. Squash: squash is an extremely dynamic game that provides excellent cardio training with lots of short sprints.
3. Padel: padel is, according to many, "the next big racket sport." It combines elements of tennis and squash.
4. Indoor climbing: climbing on real rocks (bouldering) is a unique experience, but for summer, we recommend the indoor version. This sport is an excellent way to develop strength and endurance.
5. Bowling: bowling is great for relaxing and having fun with friends.
